That was impressive. All that for one of those some pickled herring and some salmon cooked on a pine plank! Very cool!

So, why don't they use the same system the British and the USN occasionally use? Where basically a plumb bob is lowered on a cable from the aircraft and plugged into a hole in the middle of the pad and the helo pulls itself to the deck.
