Subject: Yes this is really weird!!
Good example of a Brain Study: If you can read this OUT LOUD you have a strong mind. And better than that: Alzheimer's is a long, long, ways down the road before it ever gets anywhere near you. To my "selected" strange-minded friends: Only great minds can read this. This is weird, but interesting.

If you can read this, you have a strangemnid, too.Only 55 people out of 100 can. I cdnuolt blveiee that I cluod aulaclty uesdnatnrd what I was rdanieg. The phaonmneal pweor of the hmuan mnid, aoccdrnig to a rscheearch at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it dseno't mtaetr in what oerdr the ltteres in a word are, the olny iproamtnt tihng is that the frsit and last ltteer be in the rghit pclae. The rset can be a taotl mses and you can still raed it whotuit a pboerlm. This is bcuseaethe huamn mnid deos not raed ervey lteter by istlef, but the word as a wlohe. Azanmig huh? Yaeh and I awlyas tghuhot slpeling was ipmorantt!
POST ONLY IF YOU CAN READ IT
Even if you are not old, you will find this interesting...

I have no problems with this ... I can read it fine but writing it would be a little bit of a problems ... I have to study it even further and once I figured out how to write it in this fashion ... I can do both.

I think that, perhaps, your use the wrong terminology.
Anyone who reads English should be able to, literally, read this.
Don’t you mean “can you phonetically interpret the message”?
In the few seconds I have viewed the message I can, but I did have to study it some.
The mind, can indeed, do impressive things.
As an old printer I can also read backwards and upside down.
