Washington States last Pearl Harbor survivor, who lived here in Mt. Vernon passed about 18 months ago, I still see his widow driving around with that 'Pearl Harbor Survivor' license plate.
Could the 'C-H' in the text of the first poster be referring to C-H Sugar Co. (California & Hawai'i)?

I live in Washington State too ... and I see it almost a yearly basis - in South Seattle, Alki Point, and elsewhere. I just wanted to share this too.
